Game of Thrones Seasons 1-4 Combat Power Rankings

I've been wanting to do this for a while. As the title says, I want to compile a list of the best fighters in the GoT universe using whatever evidence is available up to this point in the television series.
I would not be against referencing the books, since a lot of what we have to go on is conjecture from other characters (Ser Barristan Selmy, for example, is supposedly a bad motherfricker but we haven't really seen him fight.) As long as there are no future spoilers, I'm fine with it.
I wanted to open discussion up to the board. I'll start with a rough draft. Of course, this list will include spoilers from all 4 seasons of Game of Thrones. One wishing to avoid these spoilers should turn back now.
1. The Viper
2. The Mountain
3. Ser Barristan Selmy
4. Brienne of Tarth
5. The Hound
6. Drago
7. Bronn
8. Robb Stark
9. Jon Snow
10. Ser Loras
I'm sure two-handed Jaime would fit in the top level there somewhere, but again, it's hard to say because we did not get a good glimpse at his true abilities - just conjecture from other characters. This is one of those instances where I wouldn't mind a Maester adding some input.

I'd swap these. The Hound wasn't at full strength when he fought Brienne.
I'd also probably put Jon ahead of Rob. Ser Alliser also deserves to be on there. He was a complete badass in the battle for Castle Black.

It's said in the show Selmy is by a large margin the best swordsman alive. Including Jaime with 2 hands.

Ser Alliser was definitely wrecking shite. I thought I remembered Jon conceding that Robb was better than him, but I could be mistaken.

I'm reading the first book right now and I feel like Jon has mentioned that he and Robb are pretty even. Or at least that he could hold his own against him.

I always thought Jaqen was viewed as more of an assassin than a 1v1 type of fighter, but hell, I don't even know if that makes sense 
For the sake of the thread, let's say we do the rankings according to who we think would win in a fair fight between two characters at full strength.

This might need to be a maesters thread.
But to play along, I'd say Brienne only defeated the hound bc she had a Valyrian sword. The Hound is a badass.
