So I didn't wake up in time to workout this morning and I have plans this afternoon/evening so I am going to try and get a leg workout in on my lunch break. It takes me about 10 min to get to and from the gym so that leaves me about 30 minutes to workout when you factor in showering and changing.

Today is leg day. What should I do that'll get me a good leg workout in 30 minutes? I'm thinking deadlifts and lunges.

Body squats and lunges non stop for those 30 minutes. You will not be able to walk after but it will be one hell of a workout.

Squats - Set a weight that you can rep out about 10-12 times pretty easy. Then do 30 reps without putting the weight down. That means you rest as you stand with the weight on your back. It should take you less than 10 mins. Get ready to throw up after.

I have been super setting squats, seated hamstring curls and calf raises for ten sets my last few workouts. I finish in a little over 30 minutes.

Why is that? Have you ever tried it? And it's not that original. Powerlifters and bodybuilders have used pause reps for a long time. Dont be ignorant or a dick.

Just do your regular leg routine. Don't chat up the gym and take less time in between sets. You shouldn't have an issue getting out in 30 minutes.
