My ex is sending me mixed signals

She says, we cant be together. We were supposed to meet up today, she canceled saying, she would wait til im settled in my new place. We texted on and off during the day, it took her at least an hour or more to respond to my texts. So just a few mins ago she responds to my text saying, you must be out youre not at the hotel (cause i didnt respond promptly to her text).
I think she is done with her company now and wants to make sure im not out doing anything.
