Ha. I finished two years before he got there. Glad I didn't have to play for that guy.

When he told that player that the floor was his and for him to get up and coach, that player should have told him in a very calm voice, "Alright coach. I can do it. I'll get up and coach".
He should have calmly stood up, walked up to the front of the room, turned around, cleared his throat, and silently paused for a couple of seconds.

Norwood once went to take a pitcher out during a game in Lafayette, he spent a couple of minutes at the mound berating his pitcher, screaming and kicking dirt, got really close to the player and all of that. The crowd booed him until he got back in the dugout.
