Acer C720

Asus Nexus 7

Other recommendations are welcome, but would like to keep it below $200.

i would go look at a Nexus 7 prior to buying one. Those 7 inch tablets are too small, IMO. I think 8 inches are the smallest screen for a tablet that works well. You could get a refurbished Dell Venue 8 Pro for $200 from NewEgg. It comes with the full version of Windows 8.1.

Besides expandable memory, what does the Galaxy Tab 3 have over the Nexus 7?

Nexus to the casual observer. Also, if you're marketing it toward normal people, I wouldn't even note Asus as the maker.

Nothing but you said which one would grab my attention. The Tab 3 would grab my attention but the Chrome book or nexus would not.

The better tablet is the Nexus, but to grab my attention the Samsung would make me give you a badge scan.

What trade show is it? Helps to know the target audience. Personally a Chromebook would grab my attention more than a 7" tablet.
