For anyone interested.. I didn't see a thread on this. Looks like a good buddy of mine is about to win it. Current SLU golfer Grady Brame Jr. started the day at -11 and two back of the lead. He's -9 through 15 today and took a 7 shot lead.

Really happy for Grady. LSU passed on him coming out of high school in 2011. He won the David Toms Intercollegiate this past Fall and now this..
He comes from a long line of golf blood. His Dad and grandfather have been involved in Louisiana Amateur golf for decades. His Dad won the State Am in 2002 and the Mid-Am a couple of times. It's great to see him having this success.

Anyone know what you get for winning the state Am? Besides pro shop credit and a trophy, do you get any kind of exemption for US am qualifying?

You just get exemptions for other LGA tournaments. Has nothing to do with the us am.

Stash, see you were consistent this week.
Btw whatever you showed Net is working off the tee on most holes. I may need some help with my nerd swing.
