Here until Wednesday...just curious if anyone with Chicago experience has recommendations for "can't miss places".

By can't miss places I'm referring to bars...and/or food

Good luck, make sure you tell them all you are a Saints or a Cowboys fan. They really enjoy fans from other parts of the country.

Actually hit up a bar across from howl tonight cause the line was ridiculous. Good beer, intermittently good music...served me well. Thanks for the input though. Howl at the moon is definitely on the list...but first, Wrigley tomorrow

füt...not trying to derail my two-post thread, but frick the cowboys.

Give yourself some time for Wrigleyville. Plenty to eat, drink and buy in the area.

Was in Chicago last week. There is an Eataly there now. You can probably find something good to eat/drink there. Their brewery operation is up and running if you're into that sort of thing.

If you like craft beer and free old school arcade games go hit up the Headquarters Beercade. Its on Sheffield just south of the Wellington Brown line stop. They have an entire room dedicated to pinball as well. Here's a link to their website [link=(hqbeercade.com)]Link[/link]

Portillos is legit. I'm at Rockit Bar right now. Great selection on burgers. There's one by Wrigley and one in downtown
