Tony Chachere's Low Sodium (Lite) and More Spice is the same product...

When they reduced the salt content, it made it more spicy. So, two products were born from one.

Hence, you don't need to buy both.

Wow, that's great. My so is always trying to get me to cut my sodium intake. My roommate used to have the more spice and i liked it. I'll have to start getting the lite version to make her think i care about her opinion

Not sure about the assertion that they are the same but I do know this (talked direct to one of the guys working at Tony C's).

The "original" green Tony C's is almost HALF salt. The "More Spice" red Tony C's is about 25% salt, hence the greater concentration of pepper, garlic, etc.

All I know is if a can of the salt free Tony's (white can) is opened up anywhere near me, I sneeze for days.

As i understand it, the More spice has a pepper rating twice the heat of the LITE so they arent just different amounts of salt.
