Building a floating beer pong table today, suggestions on material?

I want to say my budget is at about $100, no more.
I want to get a piece of wood that won't get bad overtime from being in the water (A Salt water pool).
I've already experimented with some stuff, and it seems that just aligning 3 foam noodles down the left side, middle, and right will be good enough. I can also find some water bottles and put those on the four corners and tie wrap them to the board.
Suggestions on wood? Or suggestions on better ways if you've made your own?

Marine plywood and styrofoam.
ETA: Maybe some some formica glued on top for a smooth surface.

Marine grade plywood is your only choice really unless you have a shite ton of balsa wood at your disposal.
They do sell floating pong tables by the way.

Yes, but that shite's weak. The cups rims are about an inch and a half apart from each other. Factor in the water moving the table, sometimes wind, and the cups being far from each other, the games last forever.
We already have one like that. We just poor water in the cups and drink on the side

Sure, whatever floats and won't go bad overtime. Wood would probably be easier to drill through and install the foam noodles, though.

unless you dry it well, over time its going to get ruined. but you might try sandwiching two pieces of wood or whatever in between spray foam(great stuff) any that oozes out the sides, just cut off
ETA, you could also coat all sides of wood with fiberglass resin

Look at the separation of the cups in that picture. It's really not fun playing like that. 50% of the time you land right in the middle and it flies in the pool.
Plus, you can't bounce

if you want to put enough time into it, maybe a few more bucks and have a sander you could build one like I said.
Take two 1/4" sheets of plywood and spray great stuff in between them. Cut your holes and trim excess foam.
Then fiberglass resin everything, smooth it out with bondo, sand and spray paint. might cost up to $150

How much is that plastic one? It looks pretty good and will hold up over time more than plywood or an inflatable
