I'm limited on where I can put my receiver. I have a shelf that is exactly 12" deep. It is open so I mainly just need one where the feet will be 12 inches, it's not a big deal if the front hangs over. Has anyone else ran into this issue and what receivers would yall recommend?

How many devices do you have? What is your setup? Could you get by with a simple amp instead?

The big problem is that you really need at LEAST 3 or 4 inches of empty space behind the receiver for wiring and ventilation.

You may be stuck with a home theater in a box type setup.

I don't really have much of a setup at all right now, just trying to get started getting a setup.

I've grown a good bit since the last time your wife has seen me.
