His piece on Net Neutrality last night should be shown at before every movie, sporting event, whatever.
And the show is hilarious, and a breath of fresh air as he isn't biased towards a political view, just calls out stupidity as he sees it.

I watched the first episode and liked it. It seemed to me to be a more in depth almost BBC take on news comedy which I liked,
They talked about the India election for ten minutes, you wouldn't even hear thirty seconds about on CNN or Daily Show for that matter.

It's a great show. Love the fact that it's HBO so he can say and show whatever he wants.
The Grandpa penis a few episodes ago totally shocked me and I couldn't stop laughing. Plus, he's obviously knowledgable about what he talks about.

I just don't care for Oliver. Maybe it was just his delivery on the daily show, but I never thought he was very funny, maybe a bit forced I suppose. He is a bright dude though, so I will give it a try.

Daily show held him back, IMO. And being on HBO he's able to kill it. I honestly don't think steward and Colbert would do better than Oliver in an uncensored series.
