Denham, Prairieville, or Shenandoah?

Recommendations on where to move. Not sure I trust the Sunday crew. Trying to stay in the 165-180k range. Public elementary schools are important. Any advice would and will be greatly appreciated.

Depends on where you work. If you work by Denham, I wouldn't recommend Prairieville, or vice versa.

Denham is the way to go or Watson.. The schools are great..........

Pville is best. Central Primary and middle are good schools. Spanish lake out in Geismar too.
and later on, Dutchtown and St Amant are great public hs.

how much house do you get for 165-180? Some lots in BR cost more then that

he could find some DSLD/Horton homes for that cost

something around 1600sqft

Prairieville and DS would both be better choices

Watson Area is very nice and great schools. If it's going to be Prairieville, makes sure it's in Dutchtown school area.

I would vote Prarieville if those were the choices. However, take a look at the Diversion Canal area instead.
