Either/or or neither. I don't know much about Denham/the LP. Also, which elementary schools(public--gasp!!) are the best in the area? Tia

If you live in juban parc, I am going to guess that they would go to juban parc elementary right next door

I'd assume. I know JPE is new, but is it good?

Where are all the LP folk at? Cookin meth up in their trailers?

Looked at some cul de sac lots in Juban Parc a little over a year ago. Seemed nice. They started in the front and the back with larger homes, and then DSLD came in and finished a lot of it out.

I would definitely recommend new construction if DSLD is your builder. If you are buying a DR Horton home, then line up an appointment with a neurologist as you may nor be mentally fit to make a decision on buying a home.

Seriously...Horton Homes are the worst built POS's on the market.

Juban Parc Elementary is a good school, and you'll feed into the Freshman School and DSHS eventually and I'd recommend them anytime.

There are some nice trailer parks out there. I'd look for paved streets, street lights, and room for a double wide. It would be nice if you had room for a shed in the back too, and maybe an above-ground pool.

Juban Parc. Both JPE and JPJH are great schools. Not sure about the elementary, but the junior high is ranked 2nd in the parish among middle schools academically

Isn't that like saying that she is the skinniest girl at a weight watchers convention?

Say what you want but Livingston is one of the better school systems in the states (yes, I know we as a state are 49th... Blah blah blah)

Willow pointe has some nice houses. You just have to go down a not as nice street to get back there. The elementary schools around there are good. The junior high right by there is really good the last few years. Can't go wrong with either group of schools and neighborhoods are comparable.

I'm not going to derail the OP thread by having this overdone argument. We will agree to disagree.

I'd seriously consider some other HS's in the parish.

Get the f*** outta here with that garbage. One of the best in the area. The best in the parish.

It's also getting really dark at an alarming rate.

That's why people move to LP right? To get away from that?
