Homemade hot wings

Cooked them last night, oven broiled, not fried.

Wife made me a lunch for today of the wings and dem der tater wedges.

Pulled the lunch out of the fridge at about 2:30a when I headed to work. Got to work and forgot to put it in the fridge.

So I ask, WYEI?

Almost 12 hours or so? Nah, pass on that. Health Dept. says no more than 2 hours if it sits in 70 degrees - 140 degrees room or anything. You're pushin' 12 baw, better toss that shite and go tear up some Popeye's!

Good god. A simple bug would probably kill off most of you guys afraid to eat anything.

Amazing millions don't die every year from picnics where food sits out ALL freaking day.

I would eat it.

I often take my lunch to work and it sits in my office from 630 in the morning until I eat it.

Thought of not eating it would not even cross my mind. It's going down the gullet.

If you have to ask, your stomach probably can't handle it. Go get you a little salad with some croutons and a sweet tea.

I leave meals out overnight often and eat them the next day. I'm still alive.
