What kind of food are you looking for? What type of atmosphere?

The only thing my mom doesn't like is loud places when we are eating.

I take my mother to Beusoliel, Jubans and Latte e Miele. Latte is nice when you can sit outside which might be tough today. Jubans is the quietest of the bunch. I'm having lunch with my wife there today.

Might take her to Jubans. What's good there?

Or really nice is Ninos lunch. $12 soup or salad with any pasta is a great deal. Very quiet as well and great food.

Haven't been to Zorbas for lunch but had dinner there the other night and it was phenomenal. I'm so glad it's back.

Hate to hear that. Is Gino's quiet enough? It's been 30 years or so since I had lunch there...but it was nice.

Jubans does a three course lunch to for like $14. I like the remoulade, frog legs, a great burger-a hidden gem, good fish, shrimp and grits etc...

Really nice smoked salmon small plate along with a few others. Nice wine list, as is Ninos.

Well I just changed my mind after looking at Zorbas lunch menu. We are going there instead because I want the leg of lamb and halloumi sandwich. That just sounds like a good one and I know it will be.

Tsunami has a tasty version of shrimp and grits, nice view of the river and I didn't find it to be loud.
