Powerline Network Adapters - Anyone have experience with them?

Looking into this option over running a cord from the living room to my bedroom. Any loss in speed? Do they lose connectivity?

I have no idea. It's pretty much a new apartment complex..less than five years old.

You're in an apartment. Just buy a better router.
