I like this show. I still have to believe that these guys get to use recipes.
Holy shite--that one guy (Graham Elliot) lost a shite load of weight. Looks like it was irreversible surgery.
Different format this year: starting with the Top 30--none of that "audition" nonsense.
Couple Louisiana cooks.

The first episode didn't impress. How do you decide which food is worse when a different judge tastes each dish. The messy floor was set up, she didn't do it in the first challenge and she was going out of her way to throw stuff on the floor. I don't have high hopes for this show.
