What are your favorite Top Gear episodes?

Started watching the show recently and was wondering what your favorite episodes were. I have already watched all the specials and love those but wanted some info from others on which episodes I should watch.

every episode when they go on the road, with all 3 of them, and have to drive around the world.
the one where they build a snow plow is good. they crash into a house catch the guy on fire and almost destroy half of the the norwegian town(?Norwegian town?)

Also, the British Leyland cars episode was great. Filling the cars with water and Jeremy's has too many panel gaps to fill.

I didn't want to laugh at its staging, but when they drove the hovercraft down Stratford upon Avon it just flat out ruined some people's meals at this fancy bistro and I couldn't have been happier to see those tables tipping over and the linen jackets getting soaked.
Otherwise, I genuinely like the car reviews over the skits on a normal episode of how fast a bmx rider could get through Prague. But the episode where they remade VW commercials was hilarious.

Watching the one where they introduce the Kia as the new reasonably priced car and they are at the party to get track times started...
