Can we all agree to ease up on the Landy talk at least till the World Cup?

I know it's a big deal but were all just having the same arguments over and over. Frankly our opinions are all moot till we see what the product is in Brazil and then we will have a better idea of how the decision effected the team.
Also when the march to Brazil episode airs this week I'm sure that will shed some more light on the situation.

It doesn't bother me that people melted down about it. He'll I has a melt down over it. The thing that's pointless is that we've been having the same discussion for 2 days now on the same topic with no new information so we've just been saying the same things.

Yeah, I just found that out when I checked this board a little while ago.
Also, I think that former players and commentators whose opinions I usually respect are adding fuel to the fire as they almost all seem more bothered and/or confused by the decision than most posters here.

Even that seems to reiterate stuff jurgen said at the presser. Landon did everything right, he said he thought he belonged, etc. granted i didn't read the whole thing but it didn't really bing up any new points. I'm looking for some shite like, "I punted jurgen's dog off a bridge that's why I didn't make it." Now that's a headline

No. The club season is over. It will naturally die down, but let this happen. It is the biggest story on the soccer board since I started posting on here.

I think once Tuesday comes around, it will die down a lot (unless Green and Davis look like shite or somebody gets hurt).
Look, for better or for worse, a US Soccer legend's career has probably ended with some controversy, it's insane to think that this wouldn't have more than a 1 day lifespan as a discussion point.
