Woke up with the runs

5am. Made a b line for the shitter and looked like the willy wonka chocolate river
No fever, body feels fine but just an uneasy feeling in stomach all morning.
Ate a normal meal last night, nothing crazy
Is this food poisoning or stomach virus? Or do I finally have the aid?

Probably stomach virus. I had the problem all day yesterday and half if Thursday. My two brothers had it about a week ago. My anus hurts.
