I only watched to see the drum battle, and surprise appearance by RHCP (which I predicted, but I thought they would extend the gag by picking Ferrell as their drummer, but instead, the "more cowbell" bit was even funnier as they went into "Don't Fear the Reaper").
Jimmy Kimmel is funnier than Jimmy Fallon - and that's saying a lot.
