Nothing special, but enjoyed the process.

PSA Upper
ATI Lower
Really wanted to upgrade the stock, but keeping with the OD green theme I used an old Tapco I had laying around. Have less than $600 in it as it sits.

My next project will be a classic M16 with 20" barrel, fixed stock, and carry handle.

PSA 1/9 twist. I'm not sure who manufactures them for PSA it's not stamped.

The CHF barrels are. Other PSA barrels come from Wilson.

The Premium and CHF are from FN. I have the premium upper and it's just CL from FN.

ATI Lower

What's the price on those? I was looking at a PSA for 189 with Magpul MOE on it.

Mine is the ATI AT15 it's around $100 online. You can get their polymer lowers for much cheaper around $50 if you don't mind polymer. Supposedly their polymer is reinforced with fiberglass over a metal shell for high pressure shooting.

Check out their new Omni Hybrid lower. There's some pretty cool torture test videos on their site. They even run over it with a fork lift

How old is it? According to PSA, if it is a FN marked barrel it is CHF. FN isn't 100% consistent with how they mark barrels for other companies either. Not all CHF FN barrels are marked FN. CHF is a mass production technique, it's actually cheaper for FN to ship CHF barrels (and others mark them up more) which is why pretty much the only non-CHF bbl they make now in 5.56 is the 20".

Nice.
I enjoy my PSA build.

I hate to go to their site right now with all of those sales. I have a 16 yr old starting to drive so ALL of my $$ is tied up.
