What type of food is served at La Provence (John Besh)?

Help me settle an argument. A friend of mind says that the food here is French. I find nothing particularly French on the menu, but it reflects more of local cuisine. Thoughts?

I've never been there, but I'd maybe make a reasonable assumption based on the name.....
