What is the Movie Board's recommendation?

Cap 2.
If you are at all interested, it's the better movie. And I JUST got out of Godzilla. And I liked Godzilla, quite a bit.
Even if the super big monster movie is more your thing, it also has more time on Cap 2. Cap 2 is down to a few shows most places and will likely be down to one or two next week with X-Men coming out.

I was going to say the same thing
I love CA2 and I didn't like the first one at all. Looking forward to Godzilla, but I like to wait a week or 2 and let the crowds die down a litte.

Haven't seen the captain america movies and never will cause I am not a fan but I saw Godzirra. It's pretty entertaining with great special effects but it's a giant moster movie so as long as you aren't expecting riveting dialogue or a fantastic plot you'll be set. It's like Pacific Rim in terms of awesome fights but not Pacific Rim when it comes to wanting to gank yourself with a screwdriver when they aren't fighting.

It's just a well put together movies that knows exactly what it is. It brings back the old Marathon Man/3 Days of the Condor political thriller and throws in super heroes to boot, while making some commentary on our own current state of affairs. It has a believable cast and fantastic action sequences.
But it all depends on if you liked any of the Marvel movies.
