Is this an issue? I've never heard of this strange phenomenon? fricker won't say a word.

Perhaps a "dog of few words." Seriously, if you think it's a problem, take him/her to the vet for a check-up.

Be glad....everytime that damn ATT commercial with Mark Cuban comes on with the door bell ringing 15 times...my damn dogs go bat shite crazy!

My pitbull lived 12 years and never barked... When a dog was in his yard or somethjng he just whined to want to go out but never barked

I've known of a lot of dogs that don't bark. I guess it just depends.

I got a beagle that is 9 years old and I have heard him bark about a dozen times. Told vet about it a one of his checkups and she said that I should be glad as most people ask her how to get their beagles from barking so much.
