Making those ribs the way you did caused a disturbance in the force! This negative energy caused it to burn down.

Here's more on their facebook page.
Along with the seafood counter, which consisted of smoked king salmon, ciscos, lake trout, etc, they also did various jerkeys, including wild game.
Attatched to it was this bar area and when you stepped into it, it seemed like you were transported back in time. Had one of those old shuffleboard bowling machines, a bumper pool table, etc.
To show how small the town is, he also provided a general store. Here it is...
If he sold a bag of flour, he would replace it with another after a drive to another city. Quaint.
Knife River has a population of a whopping 230 people, so this place is definitely one of those hidden gems, sort of like Hawk's crawfish.
I ordered a box of Ciscos just a couple of months ago, which are now safely tucked away in various food saver bags in my freezer. It's going to be interesting to eat them, knowing that they no longer exist, somewhat akin to having a bunch of Hubig pies laying about.
It's what their family does, so I'm sure they're going to rebuild.

Seems he has everything you'd need in his store.
You can't beat a mustard and peanut butter sammich on a cold snowy day.

He must have sold out of his loaf of bread.

Better than fish in a cat house.

Can't believe a BBQ house wouldn't have some white bread.
