He's basically the Poor Man's Brandin Cooks, actually a little smaller. Could be interesting.

Right. Maybe we could have gotten a 2nd tier C/G prospect but we can still get that in the 4th or 5th.

Still not liking the LB prospects that are projected to go here.

Deone Buchanan and John Brown for Brandin Cooks.

That's the trade.

I guess we'll check back in 2017.

Not really, you're assuming those are the players we'd pick

I think that's a want, not a need this year.

WR, C & CB is a need this year.

I would absolutely describe it as a need.

Could have gotten Trai Turner right there. He's a G, maybe for some strange reason a C. He went to Carolina. Maybe we should look at that too.

I don't think that will come back to haunt us, but you never know, at least for a few years.

CB Pierre Desir, CB Keith McGill, and LB Carl Bradford were available at #91. Pretty good players at positions of need for the Saints.

Center was the only need this year as we had no legit proven starter. EVERY other spot had a starter.

A cover LB was as much of a need as a play making WR or a future corner. Sure we have guys that can play those spots but we need that skill set(or player for after Bailey retires with CB).

We definitely do not need another corner this year after drafting Baptiste, and we didn't truly need Baptiste.

Bradford yes but I'm not sold on him.

They're all still on the board, for now.

Saints now have Lewis/Champ/PRob/J-B/White/Sweeting at CB. Another CB is more of a luxury than a need. The only one I'm thinking may not be here in September is Robinson, and that's only if he can't play.

Not to mention Greer could possibly be our ICE(in case of emergency). But I see 4 guys that can start(White and PRob have looked good at times) and a promising young rookie. I think another name to look out for is Trevin Wade. He actually stole some of Sweeting's time as the nickel late in the year(he played a few more snaps in a couple games iirc).
