Find an updated version of the story. That shooting, as well as three others have all been tied to a drug deal gone bad. Would have happened with or without the law.

I don't remember the year but it was many years ago that the right to use deadly force when a car jacking was occurring to use it. The very first day a guy tried to jack a womans car and he was shortly after his attempt dead on the street.
