They pick super host sides not just on record but venue "location and facilities" that being said as long as ULL finishes well it will be hard not to give them a Super because they will be ranked in the top 3. If they were let's say ranked 7th or 8th than they could have been passed over, but top 3 is hard to pass over.

There are still 6 games left, plus Hoover. LSU is still very much in contention to win the West.
As for hosting a Super, I think LSU will need to take 5/6 over the next two weekends, win the West and make it to the final in Hoover. That's a tall order, but they've done it before.
If LSU doesn't host a Super, I pray that they DO go to ULL.
