Neil properties, they have the ones in downtown that you'll want to have when you go chuggin' on Cate St.

Long time Hammond resident here -- have heard nothing but nightmares about Smith Properties from previous tenants, people who provide utilities, etc.

Also live in Tangi Lakes. I'm from BR, so driving 10 minutes to campus was no big deal. They were always very well kept and clean for the new renters. And the price isn't bad at all.

ETA if money isnt a main concern id just rent out a house, they arent expensive relatively
And OT poor so i have the cheapest apartments Hammond can offer
