The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Was Pretty Good (Spoilers Possile)

Much better then the first. My phone is about to die so can't give a long review. The fights were awesome and they set up the Sinster Six was pretty cool. Can't wait for the third. The audience loved it and was in a stunned silence during the scene.

I saw it today and thought it was a decent movie. However, I hadn't seen the first one since it came out, and I really didn't remember a lot of the details at first.
The movie kind of drags in the middle, and then it seems to extend unnecessarily long, but I guess they really wanted to end the movie on a high note. I heard several groups of people complaining about this while leaving the theater.
It really wasn't as bad as some of the reviews suggest. However, it is quite laughable when you first see the green goblin. Overall it was much better than Spider Man 3.

Can someone explain to me exactly what Richard Parker meant when he said the spider venom would only work on people within his bloodline?

Oh okay. I remember him saying that Oscorp was going to weaponize it. Makes sense now.

haven't seen any bad reviews for it but I haven't really looked at the reviews. I couldn't imagine critics really tearing into this one though.

Yeah, Green Goblin was pretty bad and looked pretty bad too even though I liked Harry Osborn himself and think the kid plays a good villain.

Better than all the TM/Raimi Spider-man movies IMO.
I really enjoyed Amazing Spiderman 2 and think that Garfield does a great job as Parker/Spiderman. He seems to be a good mix of confident/awkward to bring the character together. The gripe i had about the movie was that Aunt May was in nursing school but she was shouting orders at the end of the movie for people to get back to work like she was the boss.

Yeah I really liked the scene when Harry and Electro take back Oscorp and the music that played during the power plant fight was epic

I hate Jamie Foxx with every fiber of my being but Electro was a pretty dynamic, very well done villain. he might be the best villain that a Marvel movie has put out so far.

yeah :D I went to watch to it too and whattay movie it was. So much better then the first one. One of my friends was literally crying. as far as my daughters opinion is concerned she believes that this new spider man movie is fake. she believes Tobey Maguire is actual spider man.

It is interesting that you feel this way because I have read multiple times how hated his character was. Personally I thought he was pretty good. I just wanted to know where he suddenly got his suit from.

I don't read the comics so from a non-comic reader perspective they developed his character well and showed his desperation. I didn't like his over the top nerdy look at the beginning but when he became Electro, I thought they knocked out of the park.

I was just saying the same thing to a buddy. I disliked the nerdy Max Dillon take (a little over the top cheesy), but I thought he did a really good job as Electro.

This has to be the most polarizing Spider-Man film.
I think The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is
better than Spider-Man 3 and Spider-Man
