What are some of the most beautiful video game songs you've ever heard?
My first choice that I think a lot of people will agree with is "To Zanarkand" from FFX

My second favorite (and maybe less obvious) would be "Crashed Space Pirate Frigate" from Metroid Prime.

And then runner up would be "The Ancient Dragon" from Dark Souls

There are plenty but one that really stands out is "Apotheosis" from the game Journey. The song is beautiful on its own but it is particularly powerful for where it is used in the game.

Dearly beloved and Sanctuary from KH. Been listening to some remixes of those and they are awesome. To many FF ones to name. Everything from 8 and 10 come to mind.
