First game played in LSU Assembly Center program. Atlanta Hawks vs Houston Rockets (Maravich on cover).

Plus, I found two programs from his last home game with LSU, and a couple other programs from his senior year.

Plus a 1969 Final Four program with Lew Alcinder (spl?)

Correction, the program below was $6, not everything for $6. But I did get everything for about $50 (not including the bank and plate).

Me too, I've never seen this one, and I've seen a ton of LSU collectibles.

I want to be just like you when I grow up.

1966 Cotton Bowl is awesome. I had just graduated from High School and was in College. Remember watching on Black and White TV. Arkansas had won like 23 games in a row and was suppose to have their way with LSU. LSU was 7-3 and did not have a chance in the game. Thats why they play the game!!!

Do you mind if I call a buddy of mine? He's an expert on these things.

Hate to be a wet blanket, but the date on the program is October 1972. Pretty sure the Assembly Center opened in Jan of 1972 for the duration of the '71-'72 season. Vanderbilt was LSU's first opponent.
