Microsoft Tech Support is fantastic! They just called me out of the blue

And told me my most recent update to my Windows OS did not install correctly and offered to walk me through the fix. I wasn't in front of my computer but they gave me a ph# to call them back. Nice Indian fellow named Jim Miller.

Make sure your bank account is logged in when they ask you to remote in. Makes the process that much smoother.

I got a call from Mike with "Windows" who told me my computer was generating a lot of errors in their system.
I wonder when these scams will be not worth the trouble anymore. I'm guessing when all the baby boomers die.
