Saw a guy on the levee in Metry yesterday, but he had crab legs, smelled like heaven.
I'm in Lafayette now, and I can see more & more crawfish signs up in different spots.

First time here, food hasn't came out yet, but the homemade salsa is great!
I'll only be here till I finish lunch.

Save room for that white macadamia open faced ice cream sandwich over there. If they have the Salmon and hashbrown tacos on the menu today, they are pretty damn delicious. Deconstructed Tamales are legit as well.

I kept it simple with the shredded beef and one chicken grilled taco and the beans, holy hell they were good!!

That "park" (assuming you are on Lakeshore) is in dire of need of an overhaul. It has potential, it's just filthy out there.
