Superintendent Taylor is Fuuuuuucked

The documents show allegations to cover up possible wrongdoing stemmed from the highest levels of the EBR School System. The investigation sheds light on things like: cheating, a lack of accountability, an employee forced to delete emails and sloppy record keeping.

Good, the truth about that shitty arse school system needs to come out. Our kids, who live in real school districts, have to actually work and learn to pass, while the "students" in EBR have no responsibilities to learn shite, which will carry on their whole lives of not knowing the meaning of responsibility.

I met a young woman about 6 months ago, probably 25, who was a 1st grade teacher in EBR, I won't say the school or where she graduated from.

She was one of the dumbest people I've ever personally talked to in my life. She couldn't speak English worth a damn and she's responsible for "teaching" kids.

You want to talk about a real racial issue that is worth getting upset about? Even you couldn't care less about the kids involved, their development or lack thereof has such a negative impact on this state.

I just want to see it on the ballot regardless of whether it happens or not.

You do realize a lot of this info is provided by the State Dept of Ed...who is trying to take over the EBR school system to throw all of the EBR system into charter schools.

And wait for it...

The State run schools are actually under performing EBR by a significant margin.

So you need to raise taxes, duplicate services, increase poverty in one region which will have a direct correlative effect on the other because a superintendent of a school system your children aren't even in is a jackass?

Right.

And I'm sure you bitch and moan this much when private schools bend the rules to get good football players. And I'm sure you'll bitch and moan this much if St. George schools have their own version of a shitty school super intendent.

Yeah it's all clear to me now. The only way to solve problems... is to duplicate them!

Goddam St. George supporters are morons.

Or not duplicate. Maybe try something different. You sir are the Moron if you can't see the status quo is proper-fricked.

If you feel this strongly you should vote against it

My bad, should have clarified...given the results provided by multiple independent national testing companies.

And at least all of the info is out there for EBR. Try getting much worthwhile info from the State.

Disclaimer time: I do not nor have ever worked for EBR or State Dept of Ed

This particular issue aside, I like seeing some real investigative reporting.

No axes to grind, no political favorites, just let the facts take it whatever direction it needs to go.

So instead of trying to do something about it everyone is supposed to just continue to bend over and take it ?

EBR has some horrible problems amd it will require drastic actions to have a shot at fixing.

There is an entire demographic in Baton Rouge that as a whole just does not give a shite about education. That is not opinion, that is FACT.

My ex-wife (may she RIP) was a teacher in EBR and saw it everyday. School was racist, quizzes are racist, tests are racist. They have no desire to improve themselves or make themselves better because they are victims and the government and the Obamessiah are going to take care of them.

That is the mentality we are dealing with. So along comes a group that wants something better and wants to make changes so they can have a chance at something better, and they get slammed , and ridiculed for it.

Saw him give a speech at a fundraiser last night. Dude has drunk the kool-aid that EBR schools are actually doing a good job.
