Looking for a decent computer. I will be doing some blogging from it and some e-commerce. Do you think this computer could handle that?

A chrome book or tablet could handle what you described. Neither of those will be hardware intensive. So yea that will work.
ETA you could build a much better pc for that price. Even a beginner gaming pc.

My wife wants to start a website. Apparently the site she is using requires you to have a desktop at the least I believe.
If I upgraded the graphics card could I get some gaming in on this?

Build one that will game and do what she needs. Best of both worlds. One of us can put together a parts list for you.

I would love to down the line. She is eager to start, and I barely have an hour to do anything a day right about now.
Plus, I doubt she would trust me to do it.

It's too bad she can't get by on whatever PC you currently have for like a week while you wait on parts and build one. It would take you a half a day next weekend to do it. It's like putting legos together these days.
Good luck to her though and that PC linked will be plenty for what you described.
