I've recently been taking two Gladiator shakes a day. One for breakfast and one for dinner. Eating a medium calorie meal for lunch.

Is this a safe way to get protein lose weight and keep it off?

I obviously don't plan on doing this forever but will continue to mix in a shake for a meal a few times a week.

Do some cardio along with it. Run a mile or two a day. That's the key. Metabolism

I do about 20 minutes of cardio three or four times a week.

what "cardio" are you doing?
The reason I ask is I see the swole boys at my gym doing their cardio and it involves them walking on a treadmill at a snails pace and they call that cardio

Or just lift heavy weights. A lot of the most jacked guys around don't do cardio and instead just lift heavy. I just listed to a great Howard Stern interview with John Cena and he says he has never done cardio. You guys really should listen, all he talks about is how he will bang anything and everything, even 280lb chicks! Just look it up on youtube!

I don't want to be a Debbie Downer but if you do that the odds are the weight is gonna come back soon.

Shakes are a great replacement IF they have basically no sugar and IF you can refrain from eating other foods because you are hungry.

I lost 30 pounds in 30 days.

Ate small, sweat ALOT. Doesn't matter if it's cardio, sitting in your car with the ac off, walking the levee, etc. Just sweat sweat sweat and drink water all day long. Always have a bottle of water in your hand.

As for food. Ate three meals a day just cut the portions in half and removed cokes.
