1. Finally unclogging your nose and seeing that nasty crud come out.
2. Clipping an excessively long nail.
3. Releasing a fart that had to be held for various reasons.
4. Getting that pesky last chunk of food out of your teeth.

As long as we are adding things in...I got an "ear flush" last year. They flush warm water into your ears to wash out the wax. It was one of the most amazing feelings ever. I am literally getting goose bumps writing about it. The amount of crud that came out was truly astonishing. Can't wait for another one.

I actually bought one of those kits at the wal marks and had the same experience...I may just have a few beers and douche out my ears tonight...

Forgot about the fresh pair of contacts. That's especially refreshing when you've worn a pair too long and they start drying out and irritating your eyes. The sharp new sight is wonderful too.
I still say the Q-tip after a hot shower with a little wax buildup is hard to beat.
