On Tuesday, Pourciau called the State Police Crime Lab from her cell phone. Using a fictitious name, she falsely informed Crime Lab employees she was an employee of the 18th Judicial District Court, and said blood evidence from her crash could be destroyed “because the case had been dismissed and was not going to be prosecuted,” Sandifer said.

She then sent an email from her personal email account to the Crime Lab stating the same, he said.
