Going from BR to Franklin in Friday traffic

Have to be in franklin between 6-7 this coming Friday. Better to go through Lafayette or take the sunshine bridge? Trying to take the easiest (less traffic) option.

from the DOTD website in regards to Sunshine Bridge:
Between LA 3120 (near Donaldsonville) and LA 3125 (1 mile east of the Donaldsonville area). Road construction work is in progress. The roadway is reduced to one lane. Until June 18, 2015.

May want to turn off in Breaux Bridge and get back on 90 in New Iberia instead of going through Lafayette.

Hwy 1 to White castle south on 69 to Hwy 70 Then to Morgan City then 90 to Franklin is about 80 mins......
I-10 To BB and then To New Iberia then 90 to Franklin is over 90 mins....
