Are there apartments in the LSU area that allow you to rent for 1 semester?

I am graduating in December and don't know if I'll stay in Baton Rouge post-graduation. I don't feel like signing a 1-year lease when I might have to move away.

Anyone know of a place that allows you to rent for only 1 semester or even 6 months?

TIA

I renewed for a 6 month lease at campus crossing brightside.

$75 more per month on top of regular rate

Interesting. I'll give them a call tomorrow. I'll miss living in a condo right off campus, but oh well. I would rather not be tied down.

You can probably find some apartments that you rent month by month

Wunderbar.

Worst case scenario is I get stuck paying rent for Jan-July and keep living in the complex I live in now. I'll survive. But it would be nice not to worry about that. I do have the option to sublease, so maybe I'd luck out, but I'm considering the worst case scenario.
