To be accurate. It showed her with the safe deposit box and pulling out a red envelope with a symbol on it. She opens the envelope and withdraws the contents, which appear to be the back of some 8x10 photos.

This is my opinion as well. Liz called Red a "monster" in the preview...this is the only act that I can imagine would make her say something to that extreme.

I'm also in the Red killed her dad pot. It was the whole reason I started the thread. I wanted to see if I was the only one.

Yeah. He killed, who we were lead to believe was her dad in the hospital. But, he was terminally ill I thought and was about to die, or was going to suffer.
Maybe Red is her real dad, and the guy he killed in the hospital was someone he picked to be the surrogate father to take care of her since he knew he wouldn't be able to with the live he leads.

I definitely think Red is her father. He's done things only her dad would know (music box).
Remember, the guy that was her "dad" that Red took care of was, in fact, an ADOPTIVE father. Her father, along with the rest of her family, was supposedly killed in a fire (that's how she got the scar).
Do we know of anyone else's family that perished this way?

i really dont think he is her father. it is WAAAAY too obvious. the show itself even mocked it in last nights episode. tom flat out says "is this some sort of father daughter thing? is daddy going to come make me talk?"
i feel like it would be a huge let down to make red her father. thats the obvious answer after watching the first episode. it would be really cheap to do that. my guess is that lizs real father and red were enemies. something happened, and red lead to the killing of lizs father and had remorse for his daughter due to what happened to his own father. so maybe out of some sort of guilt and seeking redemption, he feels responsible for her.
idk. i just hope its more interesting than the father route

Is it just me or is Liz just sexy as hell to anybody else? Not a 10 by any means but there's just something about her

Yes Liz is sexy as can be on the show. And she's good.
This show is amazing though, by far my favorite new show, I actually feel bad for people that don't watch it, which judging by the great ratings, isn't a lot.
