I make & eat a Mayo/Ketchup sauce to dip my boiled crawfish & potatoes in.

Does anyone else do this?

i don't personally but it seems to be very common for people.

I will make a crawfish shooter though. Basically you hollow out a potato making it like a shot glass. I squeeze the juice from the heads into the potato as well as put some crawfish tails in there. once the shooter is filled with meat and juice, I take a huge bite out of it!

Yes. I love taking inherently delicious foods cooked and seasoned in awesome spices and then masking all that flavor with mayonnaise and ketchup.

Me and one of my buddies started doing this back in college. Be sure and also dig out some innards and spread some of that green goodness on there.

I dont, but many around here make that dip you are referring to. We call it a Remoulade (hipsters from Breaux Bridge mainly)

It is sorta like a Remoulade sauce but mine has no crunchies.
