Looking to prevent rust on the under carriage of my wrangler, any suggestions about where to go in BR to have underbody sprayed? Or would I just be wasting time and money.

Go to an automotive paint store. I think y'all have a Tasco in BR. Buy a few cans of rubberized undercoating and do it yourself.
I used three cans when I did my CJ and I put it on pretty heavy.

If you really don't want to do it yourself, any bodyshop can do it and probably has the undercoating on the shelf.

If I do it my self about how long would it have to just sit there, a day or so?

A few hours. When it's dry to the touch, you're good to go.
Mask off your drive shafts with newspaper or plastic bags, everything else- coat it.

Find a local body shop that uses Würth products. Purchase 2-3 cans of spray undercoating from them. DIY and save yourself the labor. It's simple.

Do you live down here still? Or are you moving up North?
On newer vehicles rust just isn't that much of a problem.
Even in the North, where salt use is still commonplace, if you rinse it off, rust isn't that big of a deal.
I'm a maintenance fanatic and I wouldn't do it.

Order some POR-15 and do it yourself.

Within 3 weeks of purchasing I had rust starting to form on a couple of spots on the under body. I'd rather be safe than sorry
