You can not do re-election commercials for TV on the floor of the Senate. It is not allowed for Dem's or GOP. You have to do them in another facility to look like Congress. You can do them in State or Local rooms, like the House or Senate Chambers in B.R. . You can take pictures like a tourist, but no 30 second commercials.
