Rebels written across Ole Miss Jersey

Thought it was strange that Ole Miss wore jerseys with Rebels written across them.

What don't people get about the Black Bears thing? Are LSU fans that dense?
Calling Ole Miss the Black Bears is like calling Alabama the Elephants. The only thing that black bear is, is a furry mascot on the field for kids to take pictures with.
They are and always will be the Rebels. That will not change.

Guys, I am a giant LSU fan from Baton Rouge so I get where you're coming from, but I also have the unique perspective of being a recent alumni of Ole Miss.

Corndogs is a made up association with us, supposedly because of the wind drift from Weinerschnitzel (sp?) on Highland, but who really knows.
Is Ole Miss not seriously preparing to make the change from Rebels to Black bears? If so it kinda makes sense to frick with them for that
