The federal government is completely out of control.

Corruption at all levels, law breaking, no oversight, no recourse to have rredress of grievances, alphabet agencies all having their own para military groups.

it's totally out of control, and Obama is the ultimate symptom. He is an inept narcissist incapable of executing the future of his office. Instead he merely fosters the out of control actions by encouraging an embodiment not bound by laws or the constitution.

Forget lsu sports....this decline is real.

Question.

Should I feel guilty because I'm pretty happy with my life and don't think that everything's going down the shitter?

I agree Obama didn't elect himself. You have to look at the American people if you want to find blame. By that I mean the 148 million & the 47%.

Agree 100%. I will not vote for an incumbent politician on the federal or state level for the foreseeable future, like four election cycles. They all need to be fired immediately because they are not productive in their jobs we have graced them with.

This is more a reflection of the American people than Obama.

My life is currently amazing too, btw.

Just got another research grant, headhunters calling, etc.

I dont know about you, but a rising tide raises ALL boats.....i.e., if EVERYONE is doing better, so will I, even better than I am doing currently!

Right. The problem is progressivism. It's never over. They talk about solutions to problems (conversations, ), propose solutions, but they never solve problems. Because they know if problems are solved their purpose is null. Thus we get continued contrived divisiveness; war on women, income inequality, racist accusations at every turn, etc. Constant agitation.

shite's getting old.

Agreed.

It's much better to ignore issues.

IMO the main issue with progressivism is the view that the negative consequences of capitalism and free markets need to be "fixed". Progressivism and free markets are incompatible.

Sorry, I don't feel guilty. I do, however, sort of feel sorry for those of you who seem to be so fricking miserable.

The bank owns the government. Get rid of the bank and you get your country back.

I agree with your assessment. Would venture to call it enlightened.

It's amazing how people beat on Obama, but adored the president who, after inheriting a SURPLUS
a)started a war based an utter lie to the American people and which was absolutely unnecessary and ended up destabilizing the middle east.
b)Drove this country into recession.
c)Tanked the stock market by over 50%.
And Obama, who had to pick up these pieces is the inept one.

Over 5 years of Obama and still pointing it back to Bush, at what point can a party accept responsibility? Ever?

Plus, who the hell "adored" Bush? He was constantly getting blasted over and over again for anything he did his last term. Unlike this regimes media puppets, who completely hide or circle the wagons to defend Obama over any perceived slight.
