Louis will be on the strong side this year, his most natural position. Kwon and Debo are both weakside guys, with Welter, Beckwith, Garret in the middle. Nasty depth across the board though and a lot of different skill sets to offset or create mismatches.

And actually, in Chavis' scheme, there really isnt a difference in the 2 OLBs.
He almost reverses the roles. He likes the faster guy on the strong side / wide side, the guy who typically would be a weakside LB. And the the bigger LB, typically would be a strong LB, on the weakside / short side.
If youre an OLB in Chavis' scheme, you can play both the SLB and WLB. They are interchangeable spots
