It is well past time that someone found their balls and let this idiot go. He was delusional and malevolent. He bullied the board, faculty, and students. The college still has a major problem with the alleged forged documents he sent to SACS to get the college off of warning status relative to losing their regional accreditation. He threatened staff and students if they spoke against him or any of his policies. Besides, what kind of guy stands in front the student body talking about God's love and eats a live earthworm in front of them. Actually, the board wussed out by allowing him to stay on campus period. He will be a divisive force as long as he is there. They should have canned him outright.

Worms everywhere just breathed a sigh of relief.

I went to Pineville High and know a lot of people that went to LC-
Aguillard was a megalomaniac who gave the idea of Christian higher education a bad name.

Long overdue, but the same guys who pulled the strings to get Aguillard hired are still pulling the strings. Aguillard is just a symptom of much deeper problems.

Unfortunately from what I've read he will be retained in an advisory role under the interim President, who is one of Aguillards main supporters.

So, a change was made but this isn't the change that LC needed.
